The standards cover internal controls and information systems, internal audit, loan documentation, credit underwriting, interest rate exposure, asset growth, asset quality, earnings, compensation arrangements, fees and benefits, and standards for residential mortgage lending. Heightened standards apply to insured institutions with average total consolidated assets equal to or greater than $50 billion.
