What Republic of Congo Law No. 29-2019 on Digital Economy - Personal Data Provisions requires

The law is administered by the Agence de Régulation des Postes et des Communications Electroniques (ARPCE). The law aligns with the AU Malabo Convention as Congo is a member of the African Union.
