Compliance Node Overview
Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2) replaces the original NIS Directive and imposes mandatory cybersecurity risk management measures and 24/72-hour incident reporting obligations on essential and important entities across 18 sectors. Member States transposed NIS2 by 17 October 2024.
