Compliance Node Overview
This amendment to Israel's Privacy Protection Law 1981 introduces mandatory data breach notification to the Privacy Protection Authority (PPA), enhances individual rights including access, erasure, and data portability, requires appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for large-scale processors, and aligns key provisions with GDPR standards.
