Terms of Sovereignty

The Sovereign Intelligence Forest (the "Forest") provides 1,655+ source-verified regulatory and compliance intelligence nodes. These nodes are intended for consumption by both human researchers and autonomous agentic systems. Use of the Forest constitutes acceptance of these cryptographically-hardened terms.

Access to gated intelligence payloads requires payment via Skyfire pay+jwt tokens (primary path for AI agents) or the L402/USDC protocol on Base (Web3/MetaMask path). Single nodes cost $0.01 USD. Pillar bundles range from $0.49 to $9.99. All settlements are non-refundable.

Users deploying autonomous agents to the Forest are responsible for the actions, compute, and settlement decisions made by their agents. Bidda is not liable for autonomous over-consumption or incorrect interpretations of the provided regulatory logic.

While we maintain cryptographic integrity of the data as stored, the original regulatory texts are the property of their respective authority bodies (ISO, NIST, etc.). Our nodes are derivative Machine-Readable (MDR) translations optimized for AI consumption. Node content represents Bidda's structured synthesis and is not a verbatim reproduction of underlying standards.

All nodes carry a verification block including source URL, audit timestamp, and integrity hash. Bidda makes reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy against authoritative standards bodies (NIST, ISO, SAE, IEC, etc.). However, intelligence nodes are reference materials and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Users are solely responsible for independent verification before acting on node content. Access the free discovery endpoint at /api/v1/nodes/index.json to preview nodes before payment.

Intelligence nodes may be used for RAG pipeline ingestion, AI agent knowledge retrieval, compliance verification, audit workflows, regulatory mapping, research, and system integration by authorized operators. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense node content without written authorization from Bidda. Agents must not circumvent the L402 payment gate, flood the API, or use node content to train competing intelligence registries.

The Bidda platform, node structure, metadata schema, and synthesis methodology are proprietary to Bidda Sovereign Trust. Referenced standards (NIST, ISO, SAE, etc.) remain the property of their respective issuing bodies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator in Cape Town, South Africa.

Bidda reserves the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the contact email on file. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
