They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind. No attorney-client, advisor-client, or other professional relationship is created by accessing or using this platform.

All Node Content is derived from primary regulatory sources and maintained to the highest standards of accuracy. However, regulations change and interpretations vary across jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of the user - whether human or automated agent - to independently verify all Node Content against the current authoritative primary source before relying on it for any compliance, legal, operational, or business purpose.

While Bidda targets 100% schema completeness and primary-source citation, Node Content may not capture every applicable regulatory requirement in every jurisdiction. Users must conduct their own due diligence. A node describing a regulation in one jurisdiction may not reflect equivalent obligations under parallel frameworks in other jurisdictions.

If you identify an error, inaccuracy, outdated citation, or omission in any intelligence node, you are encouraged to report it immediately to info@bidda.com. Bidda will investigate and issue a corrected node version where warranted. Reporting an error does not create any liability on Bidda's part for the period prior to correction.

Bidda nodes are designed for consumption by autonomous AI agents operating in compliance, legal, and risk workflows. The operator deploying such agents is solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that result from agentic interpretation of Node Content. Bidda is not liable for errors in agent logic, hallucination introduced downstream of the node, or consequential decisions made without human review.

Many nodes reference standards, frameworks, or regulations issued by third-party bodies (ISO, NIST, FATF, EU Commission, IATA, IMO, etc.). Bidda does not control these bodies and is not responsible for changes they make to their standards after a node's last audit date. Each node carries a "last_updated" timestamp - users should verify that no superseding version of the referenced regulation has been issued after that date.

To report an error in a node or raise a concern about Node Content accuracy, contact: info@bidda.com. Include the node_id, the specific claim in dispute, and the primary source you believe supersedes it.
