No. All pattern matching runs locally on your GitHub-hosted runner. The scanner only sends a pattern_id (e.g. 'langchain-import') to query Bidda's public discovery index. Your code, prompts, diffs, and repo contents never leave your runner. The PR comment is posted using your workflow's built-in GITHUB_TOKEN.
