WHAT THIS PAGE OFFERS
A free, public, cross-cutting topic axis over the registry. Pillars answer
"which industry"; topics answer "which obligation". A curated vocabulary of
60 compliance topics (examples: breach notification, age verification, data
retention, model risk management, whistleblower protection) is matched
against each node's machine-readable obligation keys, so a topic tag reflects
what the node actually requires, not just words in its title.
Topics are additive: they never replace or reshuffle the sovereign pillars or
jurisdiction facets.
