What Framework for Assessing the Differential Pricing Practices of Internet Service Providers requires
This regulation establishes a framework under subsection 27(2) of the Telecommunications Act for evaluating whether an Internet service provider's differential pricing practice, such as zero-rating or data discounting, constitutes unjust discrimination or undue preference. It applies to all ISPs offering retail Internet access services in Canada.
