The Portal Transaccional (transaccionales.comprasdominicana.gob.do) operated by DGCP is the mandatory federal transactional e-procurement platform for in-scope procurement. The Tribunal Superior Administrativo (TSA) handles judicial review of procurement decisions. The Camara de Cuentas (Chamber of Accounts) conducts ex-post procurement audit. The Dominican Republic is a party to the CAFTA-DR and operates within that procurement framework.
