The closing date for the first partial invitation to tender is 5 August 1991 at 1 p.m. local time. A processing security of ECU 45/100 kg net is fixed for dried grapes (sultanas). The regulation entered into force on 1 August 1991 and is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
