This regulation corrects Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2325 regarding the recognition of certain control authorities and control bodies for importing organic products into the European Union. It addresses errors in the recognition of 'Ecocert SA' for Bahrain and 'Florida Certified Organic Growers and Consumers, Inc. (FOG), DBA as Quality Certification Services (QCS)' for Costa Rica. The corrections are retroactively applied from the date of entry into force of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2325. The regulation is binding and directly applicable in all Member States.
