Article 58(7) of Regulation (EU) 2019/881 mandates national cybersecurity certification authorities to monitor and enforce compliance for ICT products, services, and processes, particularly for those carrying out conformity self-assessment, and to manage complaints and the authorisation of conformity assessment bodies.
