This Commission Implementing Regulation lays down the standard templates that financial entities must use to maintain the DORA register of information on all contractual arrangements for the use of ICT services provided by ICT third-party service providers. Each template is a table with a predefined number of columns, the direct ICT third-party service provider is always ranked '1' in the ICT service supply chain, and financial entities must identify counterparties using a valid and active legal entity identifier (LEI) or the European Unique Identifier (EUID). The register data must satisfy data quality criteria of accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, uniformity and validity.
