This regulation prohibits traders in the EU from discriminating against customers based on their nationality, place of residence, or place of establishment. As per Article 3, traders cannot block or limit a customer's access to their online interfaces or automatically redirect them to a different version of the interface for reasons related to their location without explicit consent.
