What Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/305 - MiCA Regulatory Technical Standards on the information to be included in an application for authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider requires
This Commission Delegated Regulation specifies the information that an applicant must include in an application for authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. Applications must set out the applicant's identifying details, the list of crypto-asset services and the types of crypto-assets concerned, the amount and calculation of prudential safeguards, staff awareness arrangements, a tested business continuity plan, a sound and well-documented ICT risk management framework, and best-execution factors. The RTS standardises authorisation dossiers so competent authorities can assess CASP applicants consistently.
