Online platforms must provide business users with clear, effective, and timely information about the main parameters determining ranking of products or services, including the relative importance of those parameters and whether paid prominence influences ranking. Applies to online intermediation services and online search engines operating in the EU. Key requirement under Article 6(1) and Article 6(5).
