What Regulation (EU) 2023/1113 on information accompanying transfers of crypto-assets and amending Regulation (EU) No 2015/847 requires
Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASPs) must collect, verify, and transmit originator and beneficiary information for all crypto-asset transfers, including those to self-hosted wallets, with no de minimis threshold. Applies to intra-EU and cross-border transfers under Article 4 and Article 6.
