18 U.S.C. 215 criminalises bank bribery: corruptly giving, offering or promising anything of value to influence or reward an officer, director, employee, agent or attorney of a financial institution in connection with its business (subsection (a)(1)), and corruptly soliciting, demanding or accepting such value (subsection (a)(2)). The penalty is a fine up to $1,000,000 or three times the value, and up to 30 years imprisonment, reduced to up to one year where the value does not exceed $1,000; bona fide compensation in the usual course of business is excepted (subsection (c)).
