Subpart E contains general licences including section 560.530 (commercial sales of agricultural commodities, medicine, and medical devices under TSRA), section 560.532 (humanitarian remittances), section 560.540 (publication of information), and section 560.550 (internet-based personal communications). Subpart G section 560.701 establishes civil penalties up to USD 368,136 per violation or twice the amount of the underlying transaction (whichever is greater) under IEEPA. Criminal penalties under IEEPA reach USD 1,000,000 and 20 years imprisonment per violation under 50 USC 1705(c).
