This regulation requires providers and deployers of high-risk AI systems to implement human oversight measures that enable effective monitoring, intervention, and control over AI system operation, as specified in Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. It applies to all operators placing or using high-risk AI systems in the EU.
