This regulation imposes binding obligations on deployers of high-risk AI systems to implement provider instructions, ensure human oversight, maintain logs for 6 months to 3 years, conduct Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments (FRIA) when required, and provide transparency to affected persons, as specified in Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
