What EU AI Act Article 42 - Presumption of Conformity with Certain Requirements requires
EU AI Act Regulation 2024/1689 Article 42 establishes that high-risk AI systems that have been trained and tested on data reflecting the specific geographical, contextual, and functional settings in which they will be deployed are presumed to comply with the data and data governance requirements of Article 10, and that high-risk AI systems that have been developed in accordance with a specific regulatory framework relating to cybersecurity and that have received a European cybersecurity certificate under Regulation (EU) 2019/881 are presumed to comply with the cybersecurity requirements of Article 15 to the extent covered by the cybersecurity certificate.
