What Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act) Article 9 - Risk Management System requires
Under Article 9 of the EU AI Act, providers of high-risk AI systems must establish, implement, document, and maintain a continuous, iterative risk management system throughout the AI system's entire lifecycle. This system must identify, estimate, evaluate, and adopt suitable measures for known and reasonably foreseeable risks to health, safety, and fundamental rights.
