What EU AI Act: Reporting of Serious Incidents (Article 73) requires
Under Article 73 of the EU AI Act, providers of high-risk AI systems on the Union market must report any serious incidents involving their systems to the market surveillance authorities of the Member States where the incident occurred, without undue delay, and no later than 15 days after becoming aware of the incident.
