What EU Chips Act (EU) 2023/1781 - Article 5: Union Facilities of Excellence for Semiconductor Research and Innovation requires
Article 5 of the EU Chips Act (Regulation 2023/1781) establishes the framework for designating Union Facilities of Excellence (UFEs) in the Chips for Europe Initiative.
