What Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law requires
This directive requires private and public sector organizations with 50 or more employees to establish internal reporting channels for whistleblowers, ensure confidentiality, prohibit retaliation, and follow up on reports related to breaches of Union law, including in customer experience (CX) functions.
