What ILO Convention No. 106 (C106) - Weekly Rest (Commerce and Offices), 1957 requires
ILO Convention No. 106 entitles persons employed in commerce and offices to an uninterrupted weekly rest period of at least 24 hours in every seven days, granted so far as possible simultaneously and on the day established by tradition, with special weekly-rest schemes and temporary exemptions permitted only under defined conditions and with compensatory rest.
