Mandates front-of-pack octagonal black warning seals for foods and non-alcoholic beverages high in calories, sugars, saturated fats, trans fats, or sodium, based on thresholds defined in Article 4.1.2. Prohibits the use of cartoon characters, promotional claims, and misleading imagery on packaging for products targeted to children. Applies to all manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retailers of prepackaged food and non-alcoholic beverages in Mexico.
