What National Space Research and Development Agency Act 2010 (Act No. 9 of 2010) requires
The National Space Research and Development Agency Act 2010 establishes the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA) as a body corporate (Section 1) and establishes the National Space Council, chaired by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (Section 2).
