The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015) consolidates and enhances UK consumer protection law covering goods, services, and digital content. Goods must be satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality. Consumers have a 30-day right to reject goods for a full refund, a one repair or replacement right, and a final right to reject after one failed remedy. Unfair terms in consumer contracts are not binding on the consumer.
