What US 14 CFR Part 91: General Operating and Flight Rules requires
US 14 CFR Part 91 prescribes the general rules governing the operation of aircraft within the US including airspace classes, visual and instrument flight rules, equipment requirements, maintenance preventive maintenance rebuilding and alteration, large and turbine-powered multiengine airplane operations, and operations outside the US.
